• Instructors are subject to change. No credits or refunds will be issued in this case.
• $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.
• Class sessions are purchased in 4 week increments. All classes must be taken in that 4 week period or they will expire. Makeup classes are available within the 4 week session you are registered. No refunds will be issued.
• You will receive an email notification when your session is about to expire. If your email changes, you must update your email in the online registration system or let the staff know at the studio to update your email address.
• You will not be allowed to enter any classes without being registered with your parents signature on the liability waiver form.
• All dancers must check in at the front desk before class begins.
• Dancers over 10 minutes late to class must ask the teachers permission to join the class late.
• No Gum chewing allowed in dance studios.
 
CANCELLED CLASSES:
• Whenever a class is cancelled for the week by the dance center a refund or extension will NOT be given. Dancers must make up the cancelled class with any other class within their 4 week session.
• Classes might be cancelled occasionally during competition season.
• Xtreme Dance Center (XDC) reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance.
• Classes with less than 5 students may be cancelled or combined with another class.
• Classes may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. An email notification will be sent to all students if the studio will be closed.
 
ATTENDANCE:
• When paying by the hour for classes, you must stick with the scheduled classes you registered for. Only unlimited memberships are able to skip around classes during the week. You are allowed 1 make up class per 4 week session.
• Dancers will be allowed to make up a missed class anytime during their 4 week session with another class during the week. A Make-up class will only be allowed during the 4 week session the dancer is registered for.
• If you miss a 1 hour class you will only be allowed to make up your class with another 1 hour class.
• Unlimited Class Packages expire after 4 weeks from when you start your session regardless of how many classes were taken within that time.
 
CLASS ATTIRE:
• Ballet—Black leotard-pink tights-pink ballet shoes, Hair up in a tight bun and no hair in the face
• Hip Hop— Students should wear clothing that is comfortable and does not restrict movement. Clean sneakers that will not mark up the floor. No Street Shoes (bring separate shoes to dance in).
• All Jazz Styles—Jazz Shorts and leotard or tight fitting jazz tops, Hair up and out of the face, Jazz shoes or foot paws.
• JR Program—Leotard, tights, skirt (optional), Jazz, Ballet and /or Tap Shoes.

ONGOING REGISTRATION
Start your 4 week session anytime. Your session starts from the first day you come to class. If you miss a class you are allowed to make up the class but you must make it up within your 4 weeks or you will loose it and have to re-register for another 4 weeks or pay the drop in fees. If you just want to drop into a class you may anytime. Come in and pay the drop in fee at the front desk. If you purchase an unlimited 4 week session, your 4 week session starts from the first class you attend and will expire 4 weeks from your start date. To continue you must re-register or select Auto-pay to keep your 4 week session continuous. Email notifications are sent automatically by the online system to make you aware of when your session is coming to an end.
 
Unlimited memberships do not apply to recital based classes, unless dancers participate in the year end recital and attend the classes consistently throughout the season.
